What Are The Subject Predicate And Their Types With Examples

Basic Introduction

In this lesson, you will learn the basic grammar terms: the Subject, predicate their types, and examples. The sentence is like a little machine with two parts working together. In the first part, the subject is like the who or what the sentence is about. It’s the main character of the thing we are talking about. The second predicate is like what the subject is doing or what we know about it. It tells us the action, what’s happening to the subject, or gives us a description. For example: in “The Cat is Running” the subject is the cat and the predicate. Just stay with us and will provide you with complete details about what are the subject-predicate and their types.
